Perusahaan Pemerintah Spanyol Enadimsa menawar Blok 8 di Kabupaten Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan, karena batubara diketahui ada di kabupaten tersebut dari singkapan yang dipetakan oleh ahli geologi Belanda pada tahun 1930-an dan dari persimpangan di kedalaman sumur minyak yang dibor oleh Pertamina pada tahun 1960-an.

Tidak ada tawaran perusahaan lain untuk blok ini; pada waktu itu dianggap terlalu jauh ke pedalaman dan kualitas batubaranya rendah. (source Adaro)

1. Import And Custom Clearance Officer 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree from all major with min. GPA 3.25
• Min 3 years experience handling import documentation and asset management
• Experienced in maintain procurement system database to support import activities
• Good knowledge of government import and custom clearance regulation
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa

2. Smelter Project Team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Construction Management/ Business Administration with min. GPA 3.25
• Min 3 years experiences handling project management or similar position
• Good knowledge of Project Management Plan, such as manage compliance of utilities, jetty, off sites project specification
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa
• Willing to be located in North Kalimantan site (roster based)

3. Compensation & Benefit Superintendent

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Engineering, or related background
• Min 5 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit function
• Strong compentencies in Remuneration Management, Human Resources Information System: preferably SunFish or SAP, salary survey, and job analysis & job evaluation

4. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major 
• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience as translator/interpreter, project support, project admin, project assistant, working with Chinese native or in China company 
• Having experience as translator/interpreter/project assistant on company establishment projects, Joint Venture, business transaction will be preferable
• Having minimum Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshì (HSK) certification Level 4 is an advantage

Job Requirements
