1. CHEF DE PARTIE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand kitchen management & inventory systems
• Understand in controlling and checking goods and materials at outlet
• Ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards
• Preparing food that has been standardized by the company
• Placement in Medan

REQUIREMENTS

• Male Max. 40 years old
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Have experience in Japanese / Western / Chinese & Indonesian cuisine
• Positive working attitude and responsible
• Organized, detail oriented and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work and cope with busy environment

2. COMMIS

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand kitchen management
• Preparing ingredients needs for making a food
• Preparing food that has been standardized by the company
• Follow leader instructions and rules in the kitchen
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices
• Placement in Medan

REQUIREMENTS

• Female/Male Max. 30 years old
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Have experience in Japanese / Western / Chinese & Indonesian cuisine

3. IT STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, remote and site visits
• Log bugs and enhancement requests
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Working experience in IT support for 2 Years

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Having experience in handling SAP is an advantage

4. MEP ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Calculate required MEP material needs
• Make sure specification dan regulatory standart
• Evaluate and correct design MEP if there something error
• Report work assignments to management
• Responsible for the progress, safety and quality of MEP works
• Responsible for reporting and approval for all the works to management
• Responsible for checking all the MEP system and method of works

REQUIREMENTS

• Male Max. 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in MEP engineer
• Have experience 2 or more years in the related field is requirement for this position
• Have experience working in fnb will be prioritized
• Organized, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, proactive, critical thinking and good problem solver

5. BANQUET MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costs. 
• Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service.
• Control of banquet, cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment.
• Completion of function delivery sheets in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Help in preparation of forecast and actual budget function sheets.
• Maintaining the control policies and completion of necessary forms.
• Maintain records for inventory, labour cost, food cost etc.
• Follow-up each function by completing a function critique and submit to the sales & f & b manager.
• Provides labour costing information for function statements.

• Manage & coordinate all marketing, advertising & promotional staff & activities 
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions & competitor information
• Develop & implement marketing plans & projects for new and existing products
• Expand & develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review & report on all marketing activity & results
• Report on return on investment & key performance metrics & collaborate with the sales function
