Posisi dan Kriteria Lowongan Kerja Sumatera Utara di PT Agincourt Resources:
JUNIOR ENGINEER – SHORT–TERM PLANNING
- This position will be based at Martabe Site in Mining Department (South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, and Mandailing Natal Regencies), and reports directly to Engineer – Short Term Planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
- 1-year minimum experience in Mining Industry (preferable to have experience in Gold Mining Industry).
- Well, and rounded knowledge of mining operations preferably opens pit hard rock mines, familiarity with earthworks, Fleet management, mine sequences, and drilling/blasting.
- Capable to operate Mining Software Surpac.
- Knowledge of production tracking and reporting.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas.
- Competence in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- A reasonable level of problem-solving, hands-on approach, able to motivate and lead sub-ordinate.
- High level of computer literacy skills in Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High commitment to PTAR standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
- Holding POP Competency will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
The purpose role of Junior Engineer – Short Term Planning will be:
- Support Engineer – Short Term Planning to daily mine planning and deliver to mine contractor, daily review of mine performance, and daily reporting.
- Support Engineer – Short Term Planning to Weekly mine planning and delivery to mine contractor, a weekly review of mine performance, and weekly reporting.
- Support Engineer – Short-Term Planning to lead and guide Mining contractor in daily and weekly meetings mine planning and review.
- Support Engineer – Short-Term Planning updating all production data required to analyze and improve.
- Support Engineer – Short Term Planning to liaise and coordinate daily, and weekly plans and activity to other production Sections/departments, i.e. Drill and Blast, Survey, Geotechnical, Mine Geology, TSF, TMF, and Processing.
- Support Engineer – Short Term Planning to ensure all daily and weekly mine activities meet safety and environmental standards and company and government regulations.
- Support to ensure good mining practices implemented in daily and weekly mining activity.

1. OFFICER – SAFETY
- Formal qualifications Diploma in a Health and Safety or related discipline.
- Competent in personal computer applications including Excel, Word & Power Point
- Knowledge in the field of Health and Safety
- Knowledge of Mine Safety Act and Regulations
- Familiar with open pit mining operation and operational of Heavy Moving Equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others as part of a team and contribute to a harmonious working environment
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimal supervision.
- Ability to obtain an Indonesia Driver’s License.
- Preferable have POP Certificate
2. JUNIOR ENGINEER – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and exposure in Mine Operation/Pit engineering (high–quality Fresh Graduate is welcome)
- Have the experience to handle the project at Mining Operational and Project Management skills
- This Vancancy intended for female
- Strong communication skills in English skills both written and spoken is mandatory
- Capable to operate Mining Software preferably Surpac
- Well and rounded knowledge of mining operations preferably open pit hard rock mines, familiarity with drilling/blasting and projects works will be an advantage
- Knowing analyses data and performing a data-driven solution, confidence to convey ideas or innovation in Mining activity.
- The individual will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work with all levels of the organization, and a strong commitment to working in a safe, socially responsible manner. Intermediate to advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Holding POP Competency will be an advantage.
