Posisi dan Kriteria Lowongan PT Damai Abadi:

DEPUTY CHIEF ENGINEERING Placement: Medan  

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering
2. If you have min. 4 years working experience as Chief Engineering Senior Supervisor, please do not hesitate to send your CV
3. Have a good communication skills
4. Can work both individually and in a team
5. Can work with minimal supervision
6. Aluminum extrusion background is a strong advantage.

Responsibility:

1. Supervises and directs Vendors, Contractors and technicians in the day-to-day operations, service, and maintenance of all structural, mechanical, electrical and all other systems/equipment serving the production department.
2. Ability to read, understand and utilize wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
3. Supervise preventative maintenance tasks on smelting, casting, extrusion machinery, anodizing, powder coating, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
4. Respond to and completes as appeopriate every service requests regarding lighting, plumbing, HVAC or any other maintenance requests
5. Provide monthly audit report
6. Provide regular training for junior engineers.

MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (ISO) Placement: Medan

Requirements:

1. Min. S1 all major
2. 2 years of working experience as Management Representative Certified in ISO 9001:2015, 14001 2015, and other ISO parameter is an advantage.
3. Able to act as Auditor and Proficient with Ms. Office (Excel), and Power Point.
4. Good communication skills
5. Responsible, assertive, and able to adapt to the company culture   

Responsibility:

1. Ensure all Policies/ Procedures/ Work Instructions are carried out properly
2. Promote the importance of customer satisfaction in all areas
3. Develop a management system that is implemented within the organization
4. Provide reports and input to management regarding the implementation of ISO within the organization, as well as being a bridge between the direction of management policy towards ISO implementation
5. Carry out Internal Audit, to see the implementation of ISO in the field, oversee and monitor the corrective actions taken and at the same time report to top management regarding the results of the internal audit
6. As a coordinator in Management Review Meetings which are held periodically and with an agenda that has been determined by ISO standards
7. Serve as a liaison between the certification body and the organization, for scheduling audits, lack of documents etc.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (ISO) Placement: Medan

Requirements:

1. Min. S1 all major
2. 2 years of working experience as Document Controller
3. Advance in Ms. Office (Excel)
4. Responsible, assertive, and able to adapt to the company culture

Responsibility:

1. Responsible directly to Quality Management Representative (QMR)
2. Keeping records of the results of quality assurance accreditation activities
3. Controlling the suitability of circulating documents
4. Become the documentation data center for the quality assurance accreditation team
5. Ensure adequate documentation
6. Ensuring the documentation system runs well
7. Make a report to the representative or Quality Management Representative (QMR) regarding the documentation activities of the Quality Assurance Accreditation Team.
